How does XP work?

IronScape converts your workouts into experience points (XP). Different exercises contribute to different muscle skill categories such as chest, back, legs, cardio, and more.

Does IronScape require an internet connection?

No. Most functionality works offline because workout and nutrition data are stored locally on your device.

Will my progress be saved if I close the app?

Yes. All logged workouts, meals, and XP progression are saved locally so you can resume anytime.
