IronScape Fitness ("IronScape", "we", "us", or "our") is a mobile fitness application available on iOS (App Store bundle ID: com.lindermuth.ironscape). We built IronScape to help you track workouts, hit personal records, and connect with others who share your drive.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we store and protect it, and the choices you have over your data. We've written it in plain language on purpose — privacy shouldn't require a law degree.
We collect only what's needed to run the app and serve you well. We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising networks or analytics SDKs. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

We do not collect precise geolocation data, contacts, payment information, biometric identifiers, or any device sensors beyond what is necessary for the above features.
We use the information we collect strictly to operate and improve IronScape Fitness. Specifically:
We do not use your data to serve advertisements, build marketing profiles, or make automated decisions that significantly affect you.
IronScape uses one third-party backend service:
All user data described in this policy is stored on Supabase servers. Supabase provides our database, authentication system, and file storage (for profile photos). Supabase is GDPR compliant. You can review Supabase's own privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.
We do not use any advertising SDKs, third-party analytics services, crash-reporting services, or social login providers beyond what is described above. If this changes in a future version of the app, this policy will be updated.
IronScape gives you direct control over your privacy from within the app:
We retain your data for as long as your IronScape account exists. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service to you.
When you delete your account (via Settings → Account → Delete Account), all your personal data is permanently deleted from Supabase's servers. This action cannot be undone. If you want to preserve any workout history or records before deleting, we recommend exporting or noting down anything important first, as we do not currently offer a bulk data export tool.
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. We respect these rights regardless of your location:
All your data is viewable in-app. Your workout history, nutrition logs, profile, and settings are always accessible to you.
Edit your profile, body metrics, and any logged data directly in the app's Settings and editing screens.
Delete your account and all associated data permanently via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
You can control how your data is shared with others through the app's privacy settings at any time.
Your data is viewable in-app. If you need a structured export, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
We do not sell personal data. California and EU/EEA residents can exercise additional rights by contacting us directly.

IronScape Fitness is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us immediately and we will delete the account and all associated data.
If you are between 13 and 17, please ensure a parent or guardian has reviewed this policy before using the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add new features that collect different data, or if laws change. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
For material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you — for example, via a notice within the app or an email to the address on your account. Continuing to use IronScape after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
